My Style: Easter Pastels

Easter is right around the corner, as evidenced by the insane amount of Cadbury Mini Eggs I have already consumed. Right after the candy, my favorite thing is picking out my family's Easter outfits. It is so fun to pick out new dresses and shoes for the girls, and it's one of the only times other than Christmas that I splurge on a complete ensemble special for the day.

My favorite place to shop for Easter shoes for the whole family is Payless Shoe Source. It is truly the only place that I know I will find something for everyone: my husband who is ridiculously picky when it comes to shoes; my daughter Natalie who has a wide foot (Payless is one of the only stores in town that has wide options); my daughter Kara who is a Fancy Nancy; and myself, the style blogger! Payless also of course has great prices, which helps when you have multiple pairs of shoes to buy and are on a budget.

I found the perfect pair of sandals, the "Perla", that are right on trend with laser cut detailing and a block heel. The nude patent color is the perfect spring pastel. Being both stylish and comfortable, picking these was a no-brainer!

Here I styled the sandals with a pair of white denim, and a chambray tunic that is light and airy. I paired the look with rose gold jewelry to compliment the pastel color scheme. Our Easter Sundays are more on the casual side, hanging out with family, egg hunts and lots of yummy food!

These sandals would work equally well paired with a pretty spring dress for a church service or more formal get together.

As for the rest of the fam, they are a bit more camera shy, so if you were wondering: my husband picked out these, Natalie these and Kara these.

Have you started shopping for Easter outfits yet? Be sure to stop by Payless to check out their great selection of spring shoes for the whole family!
