My Style: Fall Go-To's!

In partnership with Zappos, I styled my new Paige jeans and Freebird boots for fall with a few of my faves this season: black and plaid! Really you just can't go wrong with the equation: denim + booties + black + plaid. It is my go-to combo when I want that "pulled together" feel.

I know I've mentioned my love for Zappos before, but in case you missed it, let me gush again. First and foremost, may I direct you to the fact that they offer free and fast shipping (most orders in 4-5 business days, and on clothing, 24 hour shipping if ordered before 1pm PST!) and a free 365 day return policy. Free shipping is a treat when it comes to online shopping, and is such amazing customer service in my book. I also appreciate their large selection of quality brands (over 1,000 with 150,000 styles to chose from). It is super easy to go on, search your favorite brands and find exactly what you are looking for.

Selecting my pair of Paige denim was pain-free thanks to Zappos' great product descriptions, photos, and brand specific size charts. What gives you the most confidence though is that awesome free shipping and returns! Paige denim was launched in 2005 at high end retailers and became an instant obsession with consumers, celebrities and fashion editors. This particular pair is the "Verdugo Ultra Skinny", and I have jumped right on the obsessed bandwagon!

Freebird by Steven boots are handcrafted from start to finish, with carefully selected materials and extreme attention to detail. Each pair goes through 5 or 6 final steps to ensure no two are alike. One of my favorite features on Zappos are their product videos, in which someone models and describes the product for you, and that greatly helped in my decision making process for these boots. Ultimately I chose the "Bolo" bootie, and thanks to the video I have the catchphrase, "Hey, life's short, so BOLO!" in my head when I wear them. Gotta love a good play on words.

Items in this look are also a part of my fall capsule closet in action, so be sure to check out that post for more info!
