The November Closet: Outfits 4-9 {Dressy}

I can't believe we are already in the last week of November! Are you ready for some fun this week? I can't wait to get together for Thanksgiving with family and enjoy some great food and company. Today I have those gatherings in mind with the outfits I have created from the November capsule wardrobe. These are on the "dressier" side, although I use that term loosely. Perhaps a better term for these outfits is "amped up casual". The first looks use the coated denim as the dressier component- but remember, just replace these with black pants if you are not into the coated thing.  The second group of looks uses my favorite Old Navy maxi dress, that is super comfy and perfect for long days spent traveling, eating and socializing!  Let's get to it!

Outfit 4: Chambray and moto boots make this look the edgy one of the bunch. This would be fun for a night out with the girls.

Outfit 5: This outfit incorporates lots of black with a pop of plaid. A sleek monochromatic look like this works well for a dressy occasion.

Outfit 6: A leopard wedge adds a trendy touch to this otherwise classic look. Great for a marathon day family hopping with the kids!

Items used in these outfits: Coated Denim, Denim shirt, green necklace Zara moto boots,  Kate Spade studs, Madewell plaid shirt, Leather trim cardigan, black flats, Toms leopard wedges, Juicy Couture purse, infinity scarf

Outfit 7: A leather trim cardigan layered over a maxi dress adds interest and warmth to the look. Comfy flats keep you going all day long!

Outfit 8: For a more casual look, layer a denim top over the dress (tie the ends!), and add fun leopard wedges.

Outfit 9: Keep it simple by adding a fun necklace and calling it a day!

Items used in these outfits: Maxi Dress, Leather trim cardigan, Flats, Kate Spade studs, denim shirt, infinity scarf, Toms leopard wedges, green necklace, Juicy Couture purse.
