The The January Closet consists of 14 items that are remixed into over a week's worth of outfits. I know that you, like me, have limited budgets and busy lives, and that we need to make the most out of what we have. I hope that you will find through these posts inspiration to both build your wardrobe, and help make those items in your closet go the extra mile.
To check out the full closet of pieces, and for more details, please refer back to the master list here.
Today I am presenting the last four outfits created from my January Closet. I have to say that I will be sad to see these wardrobe pieces go next month when I make room for a new closet of clothes here on the blog. Hopefully some of these items have a more permanent home in your real closet, because as you can see they have been quite versatile. My hope is that you take these posts and use them not just for quick inspiration, but as a real-life guide to creating a closet that works for you. And some fun news: I will be giving away one of the items featured today, so be sure to read on to find out which one!
Here is a quick cheat sheet of where we have been so far:
Below are four final outfits, switching everything up once again. I think my favorite of all the remixes is number 10 below. I'm really loving the denim on denim with the white vest to break it up a bit. This is a great look to carry you well into spring too.
Items used in outfits 7-10:
LOVE Sweater/ Red Pants/ Emerald Scarf/ Converse/ Watch/ Stripe Sweater/ White Vest/ Black Henley/ Olive Parka/ Black Boots/ Chambray Top/ Boyfriend Denim/ Pyramid Studs/ Studded Satchel
I hope you have enjoyed this inaugural month to what is going to be a full 12 months of closets here on Sweetie Pie Style. I look forward to sharing 14 new items next week to kick off February. I didn't want to close this month out without a little celebration, so today I am giving away the studded cognac satchel from our January Closet!
I love this bag, and I ordered it before it sold out online, so this is your only chance to get one in this color! It is the perfect size to tote around essentials without being so big that you lose everything to a black hole. It also has a longer strap that you can attach to wear it as a cross-body as well. To enter, simply follow the directions below in Rafflecopter. You have more than one chance to enter, so make sure you read all the way through if you would like to make multiple entries. All terms and conditions are spelled out below as well. Good luck!
