Summer Style Essentials: Jennifer of Style Your Life

Welcome to the first installment of "Summer Style Essentials", featuring my favorite bloggers' must-haves, all coming in at under $100.  In this series I hope to share with you inspiration to build your summer wardrobes and beauty arsenals.  I wanted a comprehensive, stylish and bargain-friendly round-up, and knew no one could do the job better than these ladies I have asked to participate.  First up is Jennifer of Style Your Life.  I met Jennifer many years ago at a little blog conference held in San Francisco.  She is such a sweetheart and is so talented at her career as a stylist.  Take it away Jennifer!

1.  A cotton maxi is the perfect combination of style and comfort.  This piece is a favorite of mine because it is so versatile and can be worn either casual or dressy!

2.  I love the beachy/ethnic vibe of this tunic.  It is light weight and can be worn as a cover-up or a top!

3.  My favorite short is the Jcrew Chino.  They come in a length for everyone, they are a flattering cut, and will last for years!

4.  The DV Archer sandal is my personal favorite this summer- in mint!  Great pop of color spices up any outfit.

5.  White jeans are my summer go-to pant.  I think every woman should own a pair!  You may have to try on a lot before you find your perfect pair, but don't give up!
