Monday Morning {P}Inspirations

Happy Monday!  Looks like it is going to be a scorcher here this week-high 90's all the way through. Whew, wish me luck, I'm not a big fan of heat.  Anything above 90 and I get an instant headache when I am outdoors. My husband calls me his "delicate flower", and not in a sweet way, but more of in a mocking way!  I'm pretty sure I was built to live somewhere that is cool, cloudy and rainy more often than not.  When I visited Seattle a few years ago I never wanted to leave!  

My inspirations this morning are all cool greens, purples and grays...

I can't get enough of this patio set up.  Doesn't it look perfect to spend a (below 90 degree) afternoon catching up with friends and family?

 This succulent planting in a former fountain is just genius! 

 Life is a beautiful struggle.  Love the paradox of this statement-totally sums it up, right?!  I think I will be closing my eyes and envisioning the foggy bridge in the background of this quote all week-sweet relief from the heat.
