Interior Infatuation: Nursery Love

No. I'm not pregnant.  But my husband is starting to pester me about having another. Oy! It makes me more nervous now that I am the ripe ol' age of 30.  Back when I was 24 and pregnant with my first I was so young and naive, I never worried too much through my pregnancy.  Now I know I would be worried over every little thing.  And I don't know if I am up for that.  We'll see.  Anyway, I mentioned I am planning a shower for one of my best friends, which is going to be this Saturday.  So I am knee deep in baby stuff and it had me thinking about sweet little nurseries.  They really are one of my favorite rooms.  It's a shame that they are so temporary.

Love the polka dots and color of the cribs.

Sweet and a bit modern.

Seahorse!

Love the bookshelves.

This whole room is amaze. I love that it thinks outside the box by putting the crib smack dab in the middle of the room.

Any sweet readers of mine pregnant right now?  Give me all your deets: boy or girl? Names? Due dates?  Let's have a little discussion in the comments!

  2. 30?! come on, that is so young!

that seahorse is so pretty, and i usually shy away from sea themed things.

  3. Those are all so adorable! I especially love the seahorse one - but as I'm only 19, thinking about that sort of thing is a way off.
That said, my mom was 38 when she had me (and was going through pre-menopause at the time so she thought missing periods was due to that, and not pregnancy) and I turned out alright if not a little less robust than my older sister, so I don't think you guys have much to worry about. c:

  4. I saw all of these recent pins and wondered!

These are all fabulous. Our little man is almost 2, and we're thinking about switching him into a real bed soon. And, we're also thinking of our own #2...and I can't lie...the idea of getting to do a whole new nursery makes me SO HAPPY!
