What I Wore: Minus the Wine
During our recent family trip up to wine country we decided to go for a drive up 101 past Healdsburg to see what was the happs. Turns out not much really. But we did pass by this pretty winery up on a hill and I blurted out "Pull over! I wanna check it out!" My husband begrudgingly obliged, asking "Really, but we have the kids with us, whats the point?". The point is I enjoy the grounds of wineries just as much as the wine tasting.
This would be your typical casual summer outfit for me. I don't even like to wear much jewelry in the summer, as it makes me feel even hotter. And I really, really hate to feel hot. Not at all looking forward to the hot flash years.
It was pretty tempting to run inside for a quick tasting, but I was a good girl. I think my hair was protesting in anger though.
I bought some new kicks to replace my old Toms that I managed to wear a hole in. These are by Roxy and dare I say they are just as comfy as my Toms.

Outdoor Inspiration
I loved this little feature in the current Lucky mag, on backyard entertaining with Jennifer McGarigle of Floral Art LA:
I recognized the little glimpse of her home in the back from a tour I had seen on the interwebs. A quick google search led me to Design Sponge.
Absolutely in love with this outdoor space! Job well done Jennifer.
New Items at One Sweet Find
I added a few new items to the shop over the weekend, with many, many more to come in the next month or so.
I know you are going to love this vintage Pepsi tray-it's ridiculously perfect for summer!
This tray is from the 1950's and depicts a scene from Coney Island in which everyone is having fun in the sun with a Pepsi in their hand. I just love the colorful and whimsical illustrations! This is a tin tray, so it is perfect to load up a few summer drinks to take outside. Available in the shop here. If you order, it will be shipped via USPS Priority mail, so you will get it in 2-3 business days!
Next up is this dapper brass giraffe:
He's tall, slender, and looking for a gal like you to take him home and treat him right! Available in the shop here.
Lastly we have this great wooden elephant pull toy:
With four wheels, moveable ears and a yellow rickrack ribbon to pull him along! Would be so cute as a nursery decoration as well. Available in the shop here.
That is all for now. Be sure to visit my shop, One Sweet Find, for updates to my inventory of fun and fresh vintage items for your home!

Monday Morning {P}Inspirations
Good morning sweets. Ugh, what a weekend, my poor little Kara was having an epic battle with a flu bug and was cranky, tired, and wouldn't eat the majority of the time. I missed a bridal shower and a birthday pool party to stay home and take care of her. At first I was uneasy with the changed plans (I'm weird like that) but then I looked on the bright side (imagine that!) and realized that it is nice excuse to slow down and let all prior responsibilities wait. She is taking a nap as I type, which she never does, and I am hoping this is the final day of her not feeling well.
Here are a few home and organization related {p}inspirations for you today. It is fitting after spending four days at home and realizing I really need to whip it into shape around here. I find myself craving simple, highly organized and functional spaces lately.
I love hte beach and collecting driftwood and this is such a lovely and simple way to display it.
Leave it to Martha to come up with the genius idea of storing pot lids on a towel bar.
I love this simple way to spruce up a pot and identify your herbs at the same time. I planted basil, rosemary and mint together in the same big pot this year, and the mint has pretty much taken over. Next year I will definitel give it it's own space.
This is such a pretty way to organize bathroom staples. If I had room in one of mine I would do this in a heartbeat.
I am completely obsessed with this open pantry and how simple and organized it is. It's from a newly discovered and now fast favorite blog called keep it simple keep it fresh. I tracked down the storage piece to being from Restoration Hardware, but it is pretty steep at $1995. Not to mention I have nowhere really to put it! I do love it though.

Interior Infatuation: Kitchen Love
Dropping in real quick on a Saturday to post this fabulous kitchen I just spotted in the current issue of Southern Living. I love every little detail!
All of the art was purchased on etsy for under $40 each! I spot a print from one of my favorite artists.
Hope you have a great weekend!

California Dreaming: Wild Flour Bread
California Dreaming is a new series I am starting featuring some of my favorite places to visit in California. They may be a town or a shop, but they are all places I have visited and loved. Enjoy and let me know what you think!
Wild Flour Bread is a sweet little organic brick oven bakery that we discovered one day several years ago on the way to Bodega Bay. It is directly off of the main road (Bodega Hwy) connecting Sebastopol to Bodega Bay. It has become our tradition to stop here on the way home from the beach to pick up a delicious loaf to share over dinner.
The menu changes often, but every day there is an offering on the most unique, ingredient packed organic breads I have ever seen! They bake and serve over 900 loaves daily in their brick ovens, which give the breads a nice thick crust. You can sample the daily offerings to decide which lucky loaf is coming home with you. My favorite is their jalapeno bread and the girls love their sticky buns!
I just adore the inside, where you get to see all the action! And I have never not been greeted with a smile and a warm hello. The staff here really believes in the {somewhat} lost art of customer service.
The walls display original art by local artists for sale. I would have loved to snatch up all six of those little oils for my home.
Carb lovers heaven!
Another perk is their amazing garden that you are free to explore. It features an extensive collection of herbs, veggies and flowers. My girls just love it! There is a spot with chairs and a table so you can sit with your goodies and enjoy the scenery.
If you are ever in the area, be sure to stop by Wild Flour Bakery.

Today I am happy to offer a giveaway in which one lucky reader will win a $50 credit to use on art.com! Can I just tell you how many hours I have spent sifting through the offerings on their site? Let's just say many a laundry pile remained unfolded while I was tending to this matter.
