Monday Morning {P}Inspirations

Good morning!  How are we all dealing with the time change (if you had one, that is).  I don't know what it is, but every time we fall back I get suuuuuuuuuuuuper tired. And not in a "I want to go to bed early" kind of tired, but in a "I don't even want to get out of bed at all" kinda tired.  Why is that?  Not to mention we had our first storm pass through, and with it came the return of my horrible pounding sinus headaches.  Last year several of you enlightened me on the fact that it's called "Barometric Pressure Headache".  For those of you who suffer from them like me know that they can be a doozy!  So yeah, I basically had a weekend full of lethargy and headaches. Good times!  Let's just roll the inspirations to try and get the week off on a good foot...

I could stare at this little scene all day.  And the books are now added to my wishlist.

What a great, cozy little corner.  It effortlessly blends masculine, feminine, vintage and modern.

More oversize sweater inspiration. Love the homemade look of this one. Crochet, right? I've tried it before but my fingers just won't work for me.  And that makes me sad.

I plan on trying this balsamic chicken crockpot recipe this week!

Have a sweet day!

  1. Love that cozy little corner! I'd curl up and read there often :)

Barometric pressure headaches are nasty - my friend got one when she drove up to Truckee for a weekend and was so sick!! That was some killer rain we got! Good sleeping weather :) and I'm with you - time change is exhausting!

  2. I totally hear you on the time change. It's all I can do to hold my eyes open this morning. I've felt totally wiped out for 2 days.

Hope your headache is better. I get terrible sinus headaches too from time to time.

LOVE that oversized sweater. I just bought a great oversized sweater yesterday. They are definitely on trend right now.

Be sure to share how that recipe turned out!

    Happy Tuesday Friend :)

  3. I love me a masculine-ish room. That little room reminds me of a bathroom that has floated around the blogs that had a dark wallpapered wall with the sink flanked by two HUGE gold light fixtures like the ones here. I should have saved it because I am obviously drawn to it. Also the leather couch, I love those and would like one promptly. Although I'm pretty sure I should not be buying any couches until any and all children are at least, what, say 16?
