Inspired By: Water for Elephants

It's been a few weeks since I saw Water for Elephants, and I am still fawning over the whole look and feel of the movie.  I have vintage circus fever people!  So much so that Kara's 3rd birthday party this Sunday has that theme.  I found a ton of awesome paper goods at Michael's in their dollar section to use.  It's all so cool, can't wait to show you some of it.  Perhaps in my Thursday Latelies vlog if I get a chance to record it today-running so behind!  Anyway- I was also uber inspired by Reese Witherspoon's wardrobe in the movie.  She had what I would call a a 30's glam boho vibe going on.

Here are a few options to get her look from the movie:

She had the some great accessories, like the striped scarf she wore in her hair, and arm full of silver bangles and a large white stone ring.

In another scene she wore a gorgeous kimono style robe (hence my recent purchase of the one on the right)

Have you seen the movie yet? What did you think?

  1. I absolutely loved the wardrobe styling of the movie (and the movie as a whole!). Reese pulled off the wardrobe effortlessly and I agree - it had me lusting after that style.
