Interior Infatuation: Tiny Cottage, Big Style

I flipped over this home in the recent Sunset issue and had to share once I saw it went up on their site. It's a remodeled sunny little California cottage so of course I loved it right away.

I so want a shiny lime green front door now. Hey lady, you did a bomb job on this house!

Crisp white with bright orange has always been a fave color combo of mine.

I love when a kitchen has no overhead cabinetry. The room feels so much lighter. And look at those dark wood floors!

Farmhouse table with fun chairs-another favorite of mine.

The master is a simple and serene getaway.

I am dying over this backyard. Again, simple but stylish. Look at those light blue chairs at the table over there. Love how the doors leading outside slide open both ways and the windows open out. Hey mom-doesn't that settee remind you of Grandma's? You need to paint that puppy white!

  1. the whole house is gorgeous, but that outdoor space has my wheels a turning.

  2. Lovely, I love orange, just posted about wearing it as often as possible.

  3. OMG! I want to move in right now! I love how light and airy the space is.

  4. We are just getting ready to rip out our top cabinets in our kitchen - hopefully more on that soon!

  5. Just beautiful! I am remodeling and looking for sliders just like in the kitchen/dining area. Anyone know where to find?

    Wonderful blog by the way! ;-}
