SPPN's Blogger Book Fair

How did everyone here in the states enjoy their long weekend? Mine went well, although I spent most of it trying to battle my allergies, which in turn led to extreme lethargy from all the medicine. That is one thing I don't like about fall: a whole new crop of allergies spring up. I did manage to get a lot of cleaning done, and even re-arranged some furniture and accessories around the house for a fresh new perspective. I'll post a few pics soon.

So this week I have a special little series in store for you all that I am excited to share. With my thoughts on back to school recently (although someone pointed out that for Natalie it is technically not "back" to school since she has never been-ha!) I began to think about how much money I would drop on college text books without even blinking. Now, however, I find myself resisting urges to buy books because they feel like a frivolous purchase, seeing as how most can be checked out at the library. Just one of the many little cutbacks I am sure we all have been facing lately. This fall I am putting an end to that by starting a new tradition of letting myself indulge in a few of those books I have been wanting-a little back to school treat if you will. I asked a few of my favorite bloggers to share with us what their must-have books are for this fall. Debuting tomorrow, Jamie of I Suwannee will share her list. Stay tuned each day this week for a new list from a different blogger. I hope you enjoy my Blogger Book Fair, and leave with some new additions for your own wish list!
