It's National Doughnut Day...

And today is the day I'm starting my diet. The temptation already begins. I mean, how can you not celebrate this glorious day? I could be eating a yummy sprinkle covered doughnut, but instead I am eating plain oatmeal. Plain. Yuck. The good news is that I have already lost 20 pounds since having Kara two weeks ago. I have 30 pounds left to go that I would like to lose. My best friend is getting married in Vegas next April, so I want to be in tip top shape. In four weeks I can start my exercise program, which is something else I am not thrilled about. I have never been on a diet, so this is going to be interesting. Wish me luck!
